Having Fun
Yes, we will be putting in some work. Like all growth, it can be uncomfortable at times. But we will enjoy ourselves in the process.
The nature of your work demands a level of mental and physical resilience that few can truly understand.
You face unique challenges every day, from managing high-stress environments to dealing with the aftermath of critical incidents. These experiences can take a toll on anyone.
I provide straightforward, effective support to help you handle these pressures, ensuring you remain sharp and well, both on the job and at home.
Constant high-alert situations that require split-second decision-making can lead to chronic stress, affecting both your professional performance and personal life.
Repeated exposure to traumatic events can result in compassion fatigue or burnout, making it hard to connect with others or find joy in your work.
Stress and fatigue often manifest physically—trouble sleeping, headaches, or more severe health issues—all of which can be signs that it’s time to seek support.
Feeling like no one else understands your experiences can lead to isolation, even when surrounded by colleagues and loved ones.
For clinicians, particularly those facing burnout and emotional exhaustion, the reality of not addressing their challenges is serious—both professionally and personally.

No. This is a live, interactive training designed for active participation, reflection, and experiential learning.

No. While it’s emotionally rich and deeply validating, Heal Thyself is a professional development training—not therapy. You’ll learn tools rooted in science and self-leadership, not process personal trauma. If you know you have personal mental health issues, we recommend working with a culturally-competent therapist.
This is not passive learning or generic advice. It’s hands-on, science-based, and built for clinicians. You’ll practice breathwork, learn real-time self-regulation tools, and walk out with the Clinician Resilience System—a framework designed for the realities of clinical life. You will encounter more than stress management strategies. You also get mindset upgrades, vision clarity, and connective support.
"This class is a must for everyone but especially if you are adrift in your life"
"Wow! What an impactful course that is well worth the time investment. I decided to enroll because I was trying to deal with burnout and emotional exhaustion. I felt like I was just drifting along with no control over my work and life. The trainers and coaches have given me renewed hope and energy that I can change my life for the better. This class is a must for everyone but especially if you are adrift in your life."

"Just put in the time and effort and it will be a value to you"
"This was a big time commitment but was worth it. Just put in the time and effort and it will be a value to you, of that I have no doubt. And then the ripple effect you can have will be incredible. Again take the leap of Faith."
- Dr. Tom Vandenberghe
"Better able to manage my emotions"
"Going through this course taught me about being better able to manage my emotions. It taught me how to step back, breathe, reflect before responding."
- Dr. Heidi Korn
"Provided a deep dive in my emotional workings"
"It was the first CE course that I attended that focused on emotional issues and health. I have enjoyed multiple vision summits and the flow course. The program allowed me to connect to follow partners in a deeper, more meaningful way. It also provided a deep dive in my emotional workings. The team provided some answers to what makes us act the way we do, and some techniques to help with stressful situations. The course feels like a start to a longer journey. It was cathartic to know that others shared similar feelings. I would highly recommend attending this course in person with an open mind."
